Mandate
The Resources planning, Processes and Controlling Group is in charge of all resources matters
and administrative processes at CERN.
The Group reports directly to the
Directorate.
Responsabilities
- Production of the Medium Term Plan / annual budget, revised budget, annual progress report
- Cost Variation Index and Scale of Contributions
- Creation / maintenance of budget codes and control
- Third party funded projects and activities (mainly EU and TT, tracking in-kind contributions) – claim funds
- Review manpower planning / approve job openings / reporting on LD to IC and staff composition
- Tracking M <-> P transfers (notably for the fellows like the GET fellowship programme
- Analyse, simplify and harmonise administrative procedures currently in use by the Organisation.
